OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Sept. 05 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation forces, on Thursday, forced Palestinian families to forcibly evacuate their homes in the Jenin camp, where they surrounded a mosque and intended to blow it up.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces forced six families in the Al-Damj and Jourat Al-Thahab neighborhoods inside Jenin camp in the northern West Bank to leave their homes, and they were transported to villages west of Jenin using ambulances.
The sources explained that a number of military vehicles supported by a bulldozer surrounded Al-Ansar Mosque and asked families living next to it to evacuate their homes, noting that the occupation army informed the families of its intention to blow up the mosque.
The same sources confirmed that the occupation forces, since the beginning of their aggression against the city of Jenin and its camp, have evacuated hundreds of citizens from their homes forcibly.
