WORLD, Sept. 03 (YPA) – Kamala Harris, the Democratic presidential candidate, said that tension would prevail in the competition against Donald Trump until the election campaign concludes and the results determine the winning president.
During her speech to supporters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Harris appeared somewhat nervous and openly acknowledged her anxiety to the audience.
Former President Joe Biden, who has withdrawn from the presidential race, joined Harris on stage to give a supportive speech, aiming to boost her public image.
Both Biden and Harris promised improvements in worker conditions, compensation, and paid leave.
Despite polling data showing Harris potentially leading or being competitive with Trump, she emphasized that the race will remain tense until the very end.
Harris is either leading or tied with Trump in voter approval in key swing states, according to surveys conducted by Bloomberg and Morning Consult.
