Iran’s FM: Israeli enemy is about to drag region into dangerous crisis

TEHRAN, Sept. 02 (YPA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi warned on Monday of “the consequences of the increasing crimes of the Israeli regime.”

Araghchi said, through his account on the “X” platform, “The Israeli regime is trying to raise the level of tension in the region to the brink of a dangerous crisis by continuing crime in Gaza and sending killing machines to the West Bank.”

He stressed that “if Western supporters of Tel Aviv do not prevent the continuation of tension and the criminal actions of that regime, they are complicit in the consequences of these actions and must be held accountable.”

The commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Major General Hossein Salami, said in a message to the Iranians last Saturday evening that they would “hear good news about revenge from Israel for the killing of the head of the political bureau of the Palestinian Hamas movement, Ismail Haniyeh.”
