110 Palestinians arrested by Zionist occupation forces since beginning of military operation in West Bank
OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Sept. 01 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation forces arrested at least 36 citizens from the West Bank, including a female journalist, four female students from Hebron, and former prisoners during past hours.
The Prisoners Club and the Commission of Prisoners and Freed Prisoners Affairs said in a joint statement that the number of detainees since the beginning of the military operation announced by the occupation in the West Bank has risen to about (110), and this data includes the cases that were confirmed with the continuation of the military operation in Jenin governorate, and the ongoing storming of Hebron province.
The statement indicated that the occupation forces have arrested more than 10,400 citizens from the West Bank, including Jerusalem, since the beginning of the ongoing war of extermination and comprehensive aggression against our people.
It explained that these arrest campaigns constitute the most prominent constant policies and systematic methods used by the occupation forces, in order to undermine any escalating confrontation, it is also the most prominent tools of the collective punishment policy which also constitute a central tool for the occupation in targeting citizens.
