SANAA, Aug. 22 (YPA) – The Jordanian authorities have imposed new strict measures on Yemeni citizens wishing to travel to its territory.
in a post on X platform, the Yemeni Embassy in Jordan explained on Tuesday that the Jordanian Ministry of Health issued a decision stipulating that all children, who are going on 15 years of age coming with their families from Yemen, must have a certificate proving that they have received three doses of the polio vaccine approved by local authorities or international organizations such as the World Health Organization and UNICEF.
According to the embassy’s statement, these conditions will be applied starting August 26, calling on those wishing to travel to Jordan to adhere to the Jordanian Ministry of Health’s circular to avoid any confusion at the airport in the event of non-compliance with these instructions.
