Hundreds of French people demonstrate to denounce Israeli crimes in Gaza

PARIS, Aug. 22 (YPA) – Hundreds of French people demonstrated on Wednesday in the western suburbs of Paris to denounce Israeli war crimes in Gaza.

During the protests, the demonstrators held up several banners, including “Palestine is not defeated” and “No to the participation of the Israeli delegation in the upcoming Paralympic Games.”

“Israel is a butcher, Macron is an accomplice,” this is a slogan repeated by hundreds of French people taking to the streets in the western suburbs of Paris against the continued injustice in Gaza.

“We are tired of watching the Israeli army kill innocent people in Gaza,” French human rights activist Ranan Elia told Al-Alam TV. “We are here to say that nothing prevents us from demonstrating and standing up to the French government.”
