Hamas calls on international community to hold Israeli enemy accountable for its crimes

GAZA, Aug. 04  (YPA) -The Hamas Movement has called on the international community to take urgent action to hold Israel accountable for its horrific war crimes and crimes against humanity in the Gaza Strip and expose the lies it makes to justify its attacks on civilians.

“The criminal attack that was carried out by the aircraft of the fascist occupation army on Hamama School, which shelters thousands of displaced people, in Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in Gaza City and led to the martyrdom of 15 defenseless displaced civilians in an initial toll and the injury of dozens confirms that the terrorist occupation government is insistent on continuing its brutal genocidal war and defying international values and resolutions,” Hamas said in a statement on Saturday.

Hamas also accused the Israeli occupation army of persisting in making lies to justify its attacks on civilian sites, including schools, hospitals and displacement centers and shelters, through claiming they are used for military purposes.

The Movement warned against Israel’s persistent in killing, terrorizing and starving its people in Gaza, saying such crimes are aimed at forcing them to leave their land.
