US dollar records new high against Yemeni riyal in Aden

SANAA, July 03 (YPA) – Foreign currency prices rose again against the local currency on Wednesday in the city of Aden and the southern and eastern Yemeni provinces, where the US dollar exchange rate reached 1,856 Yemeni riyals, while the Saudi riyal exceeded 486 riyals.

Banking sources reported that the rate of exchange rates during the past hours amounted to 15 Yemeni riyals in the dollar exchange and four riyals in the Saudi riyal exchange.

Meanwhile, the riyal exchange in Sanaa and other areas under the control of the Supreme Political Council maintained relative stability at 533 riyals to the US dollar and 141 riyals to the Saudi riyal.
