Update: At least 37,626 people martyred in Israeli attack on Gaza

GAZA, June 24 (YPA) – At least 37,626 Palestinian people have been martyred as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Strip since October 7, according to Gaza-based Ministry of Health on Monday.

The Ministry indicated, in the daily statistical report, that 28 martyrs and 66 injuries have arrived at Gaza Strip hospitals, as a result of the Israeli attacks on the Strip during the past 24 hours.

“A number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them,” it added.

Earlier in the day, the ministry announced that the director of the Ambulance and Emergency Unit in Gaza, Hani Al-Jaafrawi, was killed as a result of an Israeli bombing that targeted the Daraj clinic in northeastern Gaza.

The Israeli occupation forces have been continuing their war on Gaza for the 262nd straight day, which have caused an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe and led to the displacement of more than 85% of the Strip’s population, 1.9 million people.
