Gunmen kidnap pro-coalition commander in Aden

ADEN, June 15 (YPA) – Unidentified gunmen kidnapped on Friday a military leader in the forces of the Leadership Council loyal to the Saudi-led coalition in the coalition-controlled city of Aden, southern Yemen.

Security sources said that gunmen wearing masks kidnapped Lieutenant Colonel Ali Abdullah Ashal Al-Jaadani, commander of the Air Defense Battalion, in the Al-Tanqia area of Aden.

The sources added that the gunmen were on board a white “Voxy” car and stopped Al-Jaadani’s car and took him to an unknown destination.

The Al-Jaadni tribes came to the Al-Mamdara area in Aden to find out about the kidnapping incident, demanding that the security authorities reveal the location and fate of their son and the party that kidnapped him.
