Procedures regarding internal, expatriate remittances revealed

SANAA, June 01 (YPA) – Informed economic sources revealed on Saturday the measures taken regarding financial transfers of Yemeni expatriates, as well as internal transfers, in conjunction with the war waged by the Saudi-led coalition against the national economy.

Economic researcher Rashid Al-Haddad said on Saturday, in a post on the “X” platform, that “remittances by Yemeni expatriates to and from Sanaa and the provinces under its control will not be affected by the recent decisions of Aden’s Central Bank.”

Al-Haddad added that there are no complications regarding the remittances, stressing that the transfers are arriving smoothly so far.

He pointed out that what is being promoted in this regard is incorrect, considering it a fabricated exaggeration.
