Leader Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi: 129 ships targeted, 6 US aircraft shot down in Yemen military operations supporting Gaza
SANAA, May 30 (YPA) – Leader of the Yemeni Revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, announced that the total number of ships have been targeted since the beginning of the military operations in support of Gaza reached 129 ships, and 6 US MQ-9 Reaper plans.
This came during a televised speech he made on Thursday about the latest developments and military developments in the region and statistics of the Yemeni military operations in support of the Palestinian people as a result of the Zionist aggression on Gaza.
Sayyed Abdul Malik confirmed that the Yemeni armed forces have fired 27 ballistic and winged missiles and drones in the Red, Arabian, Mediterranean Seas, and the Indian Ocean this week against 10 ships linked to Israel, America, Britain, and companies that broke the decision to ban entry to the ports of occupied Palestine, in addition to the US MQ-9 Reaper plan that was shot down over the sky of the Marib province.
“The Yemeni military operations are continuing within the framework of the fourth phase and will continue to escalate in quantity and quality,” he said. “There are no political or economic factors that can affect the Yemeni military operations, and that the impact of the operations is clear and recognized at the economic level.”
The leader al-Houthi explained that the impact of the Yemeni operations on the Israeli economy has been reflected in the budgets, which led to a decline in the financial aspects.
Sayyed al-Houthi noted that America wanted to subject the Arab countries and make them unable to take any position in support of the Palestinian people, but Yemen’s position was in a way that challenged the Americans and the British.
“The naval confrontation has shook the Americans’ confidence in themselves and their capabilities by witnessing the failure of their techniques and capabilities,” he went on to say, adding that the Yemeni operations, despite the attempt to stop them, led the Zionists to a state of despair regarding the movement of their ships.”
The Leader stated that there are European countries with military assets at the Sea working to intercept Yemeni missiles and drones, but they often fail, because Yemen’s operations reach their goals.
He revealed that 3 Arab countries are partnering with the American and European countries to try to intercept Yemeni missiles and drones flying towards the Israeli entity.
At the popular and official level, Sayyed Abdul Malik affirmed that the number of people joining the general mobilization reached 338,350 trainees, while the number of protest marches, demonstrations, events, seminars, supporting the Palestinian people mounted up 561,733.
He indicated that the popular interaction and movement in Yemen to support Gaza is unparalleled in any country at the level.
