Three citizens injured in Saudi artillery shelling on Saada

SAADA, May 23 (YPA) – At least three citizens were injured as a result of Saudi artillery shelling on the border district of Sheda in Yemen’s northern province of Saada on Thursday, a security source told Yemen Press Agency.

The source confirmed that this came less than 24 hours after a similar bombing in the same district, which led to the death of a civilian.
On Tuesday a civilian was killed and two others injured in an attack on the same district.

It is worth noting that 12 civilians were injured last Sunday when Saudi army fire targeted the Sheda district.

Saudi attacks against civilians and their property in villages and border areas of Saada continue on an almost daily basis since the start of the war on Yemen in March 2015, which resulted in thousands of deaths and injuries among civilians and massive destruction of property.
