Lebanese resistance confirms its readiness to expand confrontations with Israeli enemy

BEIRUT, May 04 (YPA) – Deputy Secretary-General of the Lebanese Hezbollah, Sheikh Naim Qassem, on Saturday, said “If the Zionist enemy decides to expand the confrontation, Hezbollah is ready and has completed its preparations”.

Al-Manar TV quoted Sheikh Qassim as saying: “The resistance won because it prevented the Zionist enemy from achieving its goals of crushing the resistance and liberating the detainees”, pointing out that “the Zionists and the Americans will discover that with this form of aggression they established a sustainable resistance structure”.

Sheikh Qassim believed that “any support for Gaza, in addition to being in Gaza’s interest, is also in Lebanon’s interest”, indicating that “Lebanon’s support for Gaza achieves two goals, the first is to support Palestine and the second is to deter the enemy”.
