Unknown gunmen bombard electricity transmission tower in Marib

MARIB, April 30 (YPA) – Unknown gunmen on Tuesday plunged the city of Marib into complete darkness, 24 hours after the arrival of the Chairman of the Leadership Council, Rashad Al-Alimi, to the city.

Local sources reported that unidentified gunmen targeted one of the electrical power transmission towers from Safer gas station to the city in the Al-Naqi’a area of ​​Al-Wadi district.

The sources explained that the bombing of the electricity transmission tower caused a power outage in the city, without identifying who was behind the tower bombing incident.
