Severe fuel shortage hits Yemen’s Marib

MARIB, Feb. 6 (YPA) – An acute fuel shortage hit Yemen’s central province of Marib, which is under control of militia loyal to Saudi-led coalition, since weeks.

Hundreds of cars are standing in rows in front of fuel stations, while the black market sellers are publicly selling oil derivatives, a local official told Yemen Press Agency.

The crisis is done deliberately by local authorities, the official said.
