19 Palestinians killed in Israeli airstrikes on Rafah

GAZA, April 29 (YPA) – Nineteen Palestinian civilians were killed and others were injured on Sunday evening in an Israeli occupation airstrike on the city of Rafah in southern Gaza.

Palestinian media reported that Israeli warplanes bombed a house belonging to the Khatib family in the Al-Janina neighborhood east of Rafah, resulting in the martyrdom of four civilians, including children and women, and the injury of many others.

Moreover, six civilians were killed in an Israeli airstrike on a house belonging to the Khawajat family, which housed displaced people in the Al-Shabura camp in the center of Rafah.

Additionally, nine civilians were killed in an Israeli airstrike on a house belonging to the Abu Taha family in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.
