Protest rallies in solidarity with Gaza continue in London
SANAA, March 24 (YPA) – Thousands of people demonstrated in various British cities to denounce the crimes committed by the Israeli occupation in the Gaza Strip.
The participants called for an end to the apartheid regime and an immediate end to the war, and stressed that they would continue their protests despite the restrictions imposed on them by the British government.
Standing for a minute of silence, hundreds gathered in London and several regions, dressed in black and carrying Palestinian flags, mourning the loss of thousands of innocent people in the Israeli aggression on Gaza.
The demonstrators expressed their deep sadness and indignation at the loss of the lives of women, children and innocent people in full view of the world, and the exploitation of facts by some European and British parties in favor of the Israeli entity.
While some of the people who lost their families in Gaza gave speeches expressing their indignation, they stressed the need for a ceasefire and to prevent innocent people from being used as fuel for unjust wars.
