Two wounded in attack on mediation committee assigned to open Sanaa-Dhalea-Aden road

DHALEA, March 12 (YPA) – At least two people were injured on Tuesday as a result of an attack by gunmen loyal to the Saudi-led coalition on the mediation committee assigned by Sanaa to open the Sanaa-Dhalea-Aden road.

The Acting Governor of Dhalea province, Abdullatif Al-Shaghdari, reported that two people were wounded in a shooting by pro-coalition militants at the mediation committee and citizens during an attempt to open the Sanaa-Dhalea-Aden road.

Al-Shaghdari pointed out that the mediation committee was coordinating with the other party and communicating with them before heading towards opening the road, but they were surprised by the attack on them.
