Kanaani: America is a party to the war on Gaza

TEHRAN, March 11 (YPA) -The Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spokesperson Nasser Kanaani confirmed that the US government is a party of war on Gaza and it is responsible for its continuation.

“On one hand, they prevent the cessation of war by vetoing UN Security Council resolutions, and on the other hand, they try to improve their warmongering image in the eyes of the world public by dispatching humanitarian assistance in a symbolic and ridiculous way,” he said during his weekly press conference today.

“The symbolic move by the US to send humanitarian aid is a ridiculous and at the same time a bitter show,” he stated.

He expressed hope that the month of Ramadan would witness regional and international measures to put an end to Zionist brutality in Gaza.
