Revolutionary Council reveals truth about bleak picture in Aden

ADEN, March 07 (YPA) – Head of the Supreme Council of the Revolutionary Movement, Fouad Rashid, who resides in, Cairo, revealed on Thursday the bleak picture in the city of Aden and the coalition-held southern provinces.

“The issues of political detainees and journalists into the UAE-supervised prisons in Aden are on the list of interest of international bodies that have met in various discussions about the south and its future,” Rashid confirmed in a post on the “X” platform.

He stated that many detainees have been thrown into prison for long periods without trial, such as “Asaad Sakina, Aman Abdul-Jabbar, and journalist Ahmed Maher.”

Rashid pointed out that the human rights file of detainees reveals a bleak picture of the reality in Aden and the southern provinces, where human rights are violated in the most horrific ways.
