Workers injured in Abyan armed attack

ABYAN, March 06 (YPA) – About four workers were wounded on Tuesday after an armed attack in the coalition-backed Abyan province, south of Yemen.

Sources familiar with the matter said that unknown gunmen opened fire on a bus carrying workers belonging to the Al-Wahda Cement Factory in the Bates area of Khanfar district.

The sources indicated that the injured were transferred to a hospital in the city of Aden, including those in serious condition.
