BIERUT, Feb. 03 (YPA) – Senior Hamas leader, Osama Hamdan, condemned the American aggression on Syria and Iraq, in parallel with its aggression with Britain against Yemen.
Hamdan stressed in a press conference that this aggression deepens the state of instability and increases the possibility of expanding the confrontations in the region.
He pointed out that “Hamas is open to any negotiations to stop the aggression, adding this war is a witness to the criminality of the occupation, and a disgrace to its participants.”
“Our study of the general framework proposal is based on the negotiations reaching an end to the aggression,” Hamdan said.
He praised the efforts of Egypt and Qatar to reach a ceasefire, saluting the Palestinian people in Gaza, who thwarted the goals of the occupation’s aggression.
Hamdan called for the necessity of quick action to put pressure on the occupation, and for “urgently bringing aid into Gaza and ending the suffering.
The Hamas leader said, “What is actually happening in Gaza is a genocidal crime,” adding that cutting funding for UNRWA is participation in this crime.
He called on all the nation’s forces and freedoms to participate in supporting Palestine and in Al-Aqsa Strom Battle.
