Israeli occupation forces storm Nour Shams, Tulkarm refugee camps

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Jan. 30 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces raided the Nour Shams and Tulkarm refugee camps in the West Bank, imposing curfews and causing destruction to infrastructure, water lines, and electricity.

Palestinian sources reported that the occupation bulldozers destroyed the main water line in the schools neighborhood in Nour Shams camp, and destroyed one of the tanks, causing water to flow with great force into the camp neighborhoods.

Citizens from inside the camp also reported a power outage in Al-Damj neighborhood after the occupation bulldozers destroyed electricity cables in the surrounding area.

The occupation forces raided a number of citizens’ homes in the camp, searched them, subjected their owners to interrogation, and deployed snipers on their windows and roofs, while another group of snipers was deployed inside high-rise buildings in the vicinity of the camp.
