Over 226 killed, injured in friendly fire by coalition air forces in western coast

WESTERN COSAT, July 11 (YPA) – At least 71 were killed and150 others injured of coalition-backed militias in friendly fire, when the US-Backed Saudi-led coalition warplanes bombed several sites with series of air strikes, targeting Southern Giants forces in Yemen’s western coast, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the sources, the Saudi-led coalition warplanes waged on Tuesday intensive air strikes on Tuhita district,  indiscriminately which lead to committing a heinous massacre against Southern Giants forces, killing and injuring over 226 in a friendly fire of the coalition air forces.

Activists in social media confirmed that the coalition warplanes committed ugly massacre against Southern Giants brigades in the western coast, after the commander “Abu Harun Yafi” refused to obey the orders of general Tariq Saleh, which led the other to set up false targets and send them to the coalition air forces command to conduct five air strikes on Giants brigades, leaving huge human and material losses.

In response to this heinous massacre, the citizens in Lahj province stepped up their protests condemning the coalition forces and their militias plot and conspiracy against the Southern region of Yemen.
