New tribes join sit-in of Hadramout people in Al-Khasha’a area

HADRAMOUT, Jan. 24 (YPA) – New tribes announced today, Wednesday, their joining to the sit-in Hadramout people, demanding a reduction in the price of oil derivatives and an improvement in economic conditions.

A delegation from the Al-Awaliq tribes arrived at the sit-in location in the Al-Khasha’a area, declaring their support for their just demands.

For the fourth day, the tribesmen continue to prevent the passage of fuel and cargo trucks from leaving Hadramout until their demands are met by the government loyal to the Saudi-led coalition.

They demanded a reduction in the gasoline price to 3,500 riyals, as it is in Marib city, rather than 25,000 riyals.
