Gunmen set fire to motorcycle of prosecutor in Abyan

ABYAN, Jan. 21 (YPA) – Unknown gunmen on Saturday set fire to a motorcycle owned by a member of the Public Prosecution in Rosod District of Abyan Province, which is under the control of UAE-backed factions in southern Yemen.

According to informed sources, gunmen lit the lighthouse on the motorcycle belonging to Yafaa Rosd District Prosecutor, Saddam Hamoud Al-Mahrami, which was parked next to his house, then fled to an unknown destination.

The sources added that the fire consumed the motorcycle and moved to Al-Mahrami’s house to be brought under control without recording any further damage.

This comes as an extension of the security chaos witnessed by the southern provinces under the control of the factions loyal to the UAE and Saudi Arabia and terrorist elements in Abyan and Shabwa provinces.
