Hezbollah targets 6 Israeli sites, shoots down drone in Lebanese border

BEIRUT, Jan. 14 (YPA) – The Lebanese resistance, led by Hezbollah, announced Sunday that it attacked six positions of the Israeli occupation forces across the Lebanese border and brought down a drone within the framework of supporting Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip.

Hezbollah confirmed targeting Israeli enemy troops near Hadab Yaron site with missile weapons, resulting in a direct hit.

In separate statements today, Hezbollah also announced targeting the Birkat Risha site and an Israeli army force in Kfar Yuval settlement with appropriate weapons, resulting in one dead and one wounded.

The resistance sniper force targeted newly developed spy equipment near Metulla site and enemy soldiers near Marj site with missile weapons, achieving direct hits.

Hezbollah also announced that the resistance targeted enemy artillery positions in Khirbet Maar with missile weapons and achieved direct hits.

In turn, the Israeli occupation acknowledged the killing of a member of the guard crews in Kibbutz “Yuval,” called “Barak Ayalon,” in addition to a female settler, as a result of the launch of an anti-missile from Lebanon.

Israeli media reported that two projectiles fell in the Western Galilee without sirens sounding and that an explosion was heard in “Kiryat Shmona,” adding that the border with Lebanon is on high alert.
