US official: Blinken will inform Israel of necessity to end the war in Gaza

WORLD, Jan. 09 (YPA) – A senior US official accompanying US Secretary of State Blinken told NBC that Blinken would inform Israel of the need to end the military campaign as soon as possible.

He added that Blinken would ask Israel to resort to focused operations to minimize civilian casualties in Gaza.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived in Tel Aviv Monday night to meet with Israeli leaders.
