Nine Zionist officers, soldiers killed in resistance attacks in Gaza

GAZA, Jan. 09 (YPA) – The Zionist enemy media admitted, on Monday, the death of nine officers and soldiers and the injury of many others in two separate attacks in the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours.

The enemy media described this day as the “harshest day”  since the beginning of the aggression on the Gaza Strip.

“One of the attacks led to the explosion of ammunition in a truck, killing and wounding soldiers, while the other attack was bombing a building containing soldiers in the southern Gaza Strip,” the Zionist media said.

This brings the death toll of the Zionist enemy army to 519 since the start of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, including about 189 deaths since the start of the ground aggression on Gaza.

In the same context, the Home Front Command of the Zionist enemy army said that sirens sounded in over 30 sites after a rocket barrage was fired from the Gaza Strip towards the Gaza envelope and the center of the occupied entity.

According to Israeli  Army Radio,  eight rockets fired from the southern Gaza Strip were detected, three of which were intercepted by air defenses, while four landed in open areas.

Al-Qassam Brigades bombarded Tel Aviv and its surroundings with a rocket barrage in response to the Zionist massacres of civilians in the Gaza Strip.
