Israeli enemy forces admit new losses among their troops in Gaza battles

GAZA, Jan. 5 (YPA) – The Zionist enemy “army” admitted on Friday that 14 soldiers in its ranks were injured during the Gaza battles during the past 24 hours.

On Thursday, the enemy “army” announced that 19 soldiers had been injured within 24 hours and revealed that “the 669 Rescue Unit has evacuated more than 1,000 wounded since the start of the ground operation in the Gaza Strip.”

In a related context, the Zionist newspaper “Yedioth Ahronoth” reported that the Soldiers’ Rehabilitation Department at the Ministry of Defense had dealt with 3,400 soldiers who were classified as disabled in the “army” since October 7, 2023.
The newspaper pointed out that there are official estimates that the number of soldiers with disabilities in the war will reach 12,500.

On the other hand, the Zionist enemy “army” announced on Thursday that three Zionists, who were missing, were found to be among the prisoners in Gaza. As a result, the number of prisoners held by the Palestinian resistance rose to 136.

Meanwhile, the Palestinian resistance continues its operations on the axes of advance in Gaza and is engaged in fierce clashes with the invading enemy forces, especially in the Maghazi camp in the central Gaza Strip and Khan Yunis city in the south.
