BEIRUT, Jan. 05 (YPA) – Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah said on Friday that the Islamic resistance in Lebanon has carried out over 670 operations against the Zionist enemy in three months, starting on October 8 and following the Al-Aqsa Flood operation on October 7.
Sayyed Nasrallah revealed in a televised speech this evening, Friday, that the Lebanese resistance targeted 48 border sites of the Israeli enemy forces more than once.
He confirmed that the resistance carried out 494 attacks, including 50 border points that were targeted more than once, noting that “the Islamic Resistance also targeted technical and intelligence equipment along the border, and they were completely destroyed.”
Nasrallah added that “a large number of Israeli vehicles and tanks were destroyed along the border as well,” affirming that the operations were very exhausting for the enemy, who exercised extreme secrecy about its heavy losses.
On these losses, Sayyed Nasrallah pointed out that “Israeli experts estimate the enemy’s losses to be three times the announced number,” adding that “what is happening on the southern border was described by one of the former war ministers as a humiliation.”
Regarding the injuries among enemy soldiers, Nasrallah said, “From 8 hospitals in the north, there are statistics of 2,000 injuries from the northern front only.”
He continued, “Some enemy sources report that the number of soldiers with disabilities may reach 12,000 soldiers on the Gaza front and our front.”
The Secretary-General of Hezbollah stated that “military targets, officers, and soldiers are being targeted, and if we strike homes, it is a response to targeting civilians.”
He recalled that, “From the beginning, we said that the goal of the Front in the south was to pressure the enemy government to stop the aggression against Gaza and ease the burden on the resistance there.”
