16 soldiers from Israeli occupation army killed in Gaza: Abu Obaida

GAZA, Jan. 02 (YPA) – About 16 soldiers from the Israeli occupation army have been killed and dozens wounded during the past four days.

Abu Obaida, the military spokesman for Hamas Movement, said in his port on Telegram channel that Al-Qassam fighters completely or partially destroy 71 military vehicles.

He added that 42 military missions were carried out against the enemy, leaving a number of soldiers dead and wounded. During those missions, the invading forces were targeted with missiles, anti-fortified devices, and individuals, in addition to targeting their rescue teams.

He pointed out that two houses and two tunnels were booby-trapped against in the occupation’s vehicles and soldiers, in addition to two operations to snip soldiers and to target a helicopter in the sky of the Strip.

Abu Obaida, continued, Al-Qassam members were able to shoot down two reconnaissance aircraft and seize another drone. They also destroyed headquarters and field command rooms, in addition to military concentrations were targeted with mortar shells and short-range missiles in all fighting axes in the Gaza Strip.

He confirmed that the city of Tel Aviv, in the center of the entity, were attacked with a barrage of “M90” rockets.
