Disabled girl dies due to STC militias storming of her family’s home in Aden

ADEN, Dec. 28 (YPA) – Gunmen affiliated with the pro-UAE Transitional Council stormed on Thursday a family home inhabited by disabled girls in Aden province, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources said that the storming operation carried out by the “Security Belt” factions in Bir Ahmed area of Buraiqa district occurred in a barbaric manner that lacked the simplest standards imposed by the law, and without any respect for the inviolability of homes, which led to the death of one of the disabled girls as a result of the state of fear she felt due to the offensive storming of the house.

In addition, one of her sisters entered a hysterical state that required her to undergo extreme medical attention.

The sources said that the storming of the house was carried out under the pretext of searching for a wanted person related to terrorist groups.

It is worth mentioning that the Yemeni areas under the control of the coalition are suffering from security chaos amid citizens’ complaints that armed groups are carrying out hostile operations against citizens outside the legal controls.
