Saudi forces control “Al-Ahqaf” camp in Hadramout

HADRAMOUT, Dec. 12 (YPA) – Saudi military reinforcements arrived on Tuesday at Al-Ahqaf camp in Thamud District of Hadramout province, eastern Yemen.

Informed sources said that Saudi Arabia sent military reinforcements from the so-called “Dera Al-Watan” factions, which it formed from extremist Salafist elements, to the “Al-Ahqaf” camp area in Al-Qia’an area, affiliated with the First Military Region Command, east of Hadramout.”

The sources added that the Saudi forces would be stationed in the area amid reports of the transfer of the factions loyal to the Islah Party to Marib province.

The Saudi-led coalition forces are heading towards military escalation on various internal fronts, coinciding with the Yemeni forces in Sanaa imposing a naval blockade on the Zionist entity ports in response to the brutal crimes of genocide committed against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Last week, the UAE began moving its factions on the western coast of Yemen to ease military pressure on Israeli and foreign ships heading to the occupied Palestinian ports, in addition to the military movements in Dhalea and Marib to open new fronts against Sanaa in response to its military operations against Zionist ships in the Red Sea.
