OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Dec. 07 (YPA) – A Palestinian teenager was killed, and two others were injured by live fire during an Israeli military incursion last night into the town of Yabad, southwest of Jenin, Palestinian media reported.
According to Wafa News Agency, 16-year-old Omar Mahmoud Abu Baker was fatally shot in the chest by Israeli forces’ live fire in Yabad.
The agency added that confrontations broke out following a military incursion into the town of Yabad, during which Israeli occupation soldiers attacked residents with live fire, tear gas canisters, and stun grenades, shooting and killing the 16-year-old teen.
For its part, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said its crews transported three cases with live gunshot wounds to hospital.
The number of Palestinians killed in the West Bank since the beginning of this year has reached 473, including 265 people who were killed since the start of the all-out Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people on October 7th.
