Over 100 Palestinians killed by Zionist renewed attacks on Gaza Strip

GAZA, Dec. 01 (YPA) – Over 109 Palestinians were killed and hundreds of others injured on Friday by Israeli occupation forces’ renewed aggression on the Gaza Strip, The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported.

The spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Ashraf al-Qudra, confirmed an increase in the number of victims of Israeli massacres within two hours after the ceasefire ended, with 32 civilians killed and dozens injured, mostly children and women.

Among the martyrs were photojournalist Abdullah Darwish from the Palestinian Al-Aqsa satellite channel, and photographer at the Turkish Anadolu Agency, Montaser Al-Sawaf, bringing the number of martyrs in the press corps in Gaza to 72 martyrs since the beginning of the aggression on the seventh of last October, according to statistics from the government media office in Gaza.

Regarding the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip, Al-Qudra confirmed that the temporary truce did not help the health system, pointing out that the number of trucks allowed to enter through the Rafah crossing does not cover the large needs as a result of the Israeli aggression and siege.

He noted that medical staff is dealing with large numbers of wounded, who are lying on the ground in emergency departments and the operations’ rooms, stressing the need to ensure the flow of medical supplies and fuel to hospitals.
