Sayyed Abdulmalik: Washington puts pressure on Sanaa regarding Yemen’s stance on Palestine
SANAA, Nov. 14 (YPA) – Yemeni Revolution leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi revealed on Tuesday Washington pressure on Sanaa regarding Yemen’s firm stance on occupied Palestine and its participation in the “Al-Aqsa Flood” Operation.
Speaking at the inauguration of the martyr’s anniversary, Sayyed Abdulmalik said, “Since the beginning of the events in Palestine, we have received threatening and enticing messages from the American side, all of which we did not pay attention to.”
He added: “When the Americans told us that they had directed the countries of the region not to have any reaction towards Palestine, we said, ‘Do not count us with them. We are not the ones subject to your orders.’”
The Revolution leader explained that Washington exerted pressure on Sanaa through threats of war with the Saudi-led coalition, obstructing the imminent agreement and obstructing humanitarian aid.
He stressed that “the Yemeni people will not submit to their enemies and will not be enslaved by the Americans, the British, or their agents, and no one will ever turn them away from their humanitarian, moral, and faith stance.”
Sayyed Abdulmalik emphasized the continuation of Yemen’s efforts to maintain its position towards Palestine at all levels, including the military and donations, despite the financial hardships and economic consequences of aggression and blockade.
He also stressed the necessity of boycotting American and Israeli goods, as it is one of the most important positions that the peoples of the nation must adopt.
The Revolution leader concluded by saying, “Our position towards Palestine is not to show muscle and boast, but rather a responsible position based on faith and an honest position based on a pure humanitarian, moral, and faith motive.”
