UAE-backed STC gets stern warning against cooperating with Zionist entity
ADEN, Nov. 02 (YPA) – UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) received on Thursday a stern warning against cooperating with the Zionist entity in implementation of Abu Dhabi’s dictates, which contradict will of the people of Aden and the southern provinces.
In a statement published on Facebook, Southern Revolutionary Movement Council warned the STC factions of the step, affirming the Yemeni people “have been and still are an active and strong supporter of the Palestinian cause,” adding that the voices shouting from the tools of the Emirates do not represent the will of the southern people.
The statement stated that those who think and believe that they can uproot the Hamas movement and the will of the resistance from the free Palestinian people is delusional, indicating that Hamas represents the will of the resistance and the return, as well as reclaiming the land from the usurping Zionist occupier.
It accused the UAE of using the STC as human shields and a cheap political front in order to pass its plans, consolidate its relations with the Zionist entity.
The “Southern Revolutionary Movement Council” rejected the description of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, as a “terrorist,” stressing the rights of the occupied nations are guaranteed by the armed and national struggle to restore their rights and occupied lands.
The statement considered describing Hamas as “terrorism” is a double standard among countries that call for freedom and human rights, while they violate those rights.
It called on the people of Aden in particular and the southern provinces in general to support the Palestinian people and its armed resistances to confront Zionist entity.
