Alwiyat Al-Waad Al-Haq: US bases in Kuwait and the UAE are legitimate targets for us
RIYADH, Oct. 25 (YPA) – An Iraqi resistance group known as the True Promise Brigades or “Alwiyat Al-Waad Al-Haq” has threatened to target US bases in the Gulf region, considering them legitimate targets.
In a statement seen by Al-Mayadeen on Tuesday evening, the Alwiyat Al-Waad Al-Haq” said, “Patience has limits in the face of what we are witnessing today against the Palestinian people.”
“All US bases in Kuwait and the UAE are “legitimate targets,” the group declared.
Earlier in the day, the enemy media quoted the Pentagon as saying: “Between October 17 and 24 there were 13 attacks against US bases in Iraq and Syria.”
Yesterday, the Pentagon predicted that the US forces and personnel would see a further escalation in the near term.
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq had claimed responsibility for attacking the US “Ain al-Assad” air base, with a missile barrage that hit its targets directly.
The resistance in Iraq repeatedly targeted US bases after the “Al-Aqsa flood”, and had vowed that would not stand idly by in the face of the ongoing genocide against the Palestinians in Gaza.”
