SANAA, Oct. 17 (YPA) – The Columbia News Agency said that the Foreign Minister called on the Israeli ambassador to leave the country because of the war in Gaza.
Colombian Foreign Minister, Alvaro Leyva, on Monday, asked the Israeli ambassador in Bogota to apologize and leave, after the Israeli diplomacy responded to statements by President Gustavo Petro on the war on Gaza.
Leyva on his account on the X platform called the statements of Ambassador Gali Dagan in response to Petro “Crazy Rudeness”.
The Colombian president has likened Israel’s ongoing attacks on the Gaza Strip to the Nazi persecution of Jews during World War II.
