Sanaa hosts First International Conference of “Grand Messenger”

SANAA, Oct. 09 (YPA) – The First International Conference of the “Grand Messenger”, organized by the Charitable Society for Teaching Quran, began on Monday in the capital, Sanaa, and will last for two days.

At the opening of the conference, which was attended by the President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, Caretaker Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor expressed his thanks to everyone who participated in organizing this important conference.

He pointed out that this conference, called for by the Revolution Leader, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, is considered one of the greatest conferences because of its connection to the last of the Messengers, Muhammad, may Allah bless him and his family and companions, the greatest personality and leader.

In this regard, Dr. bin Habtoor noted the line of faith adopted by the revolution leader, which played a decisive role in the victory achieved for the Yemeni people.

The prime minister touched on the heroic battle “Al-Aqsa Flood” against the Zionist enemy, which revealed the true positions of all countries and leaders at the Arab and international levels.

He explained that the free resistance fighters around the world are inspired by the Yemeni experience of steadfastness and victory and are applying it in the field, specifically in the axis of resistance.

During the conference, the head of the Scientific Union of the Lebanese Resistance, Sheikh Maher Hammoud, indicated via a television broadcast that obedience to the Messenger is the path to the nation’s renaissance and changing the bitter reality in which it lives.

Hammoud considered the Grand Messenger Conference a station to discuss scientific and Islamic research and studies in order to benefit from the Messenger’s values and morals.

He praised the honorable presence of the Yemeni people in compliance with their leader’s call to celebrate the anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday, which reflected the strength of their affiliation and adherence to their honorable Prophet.

For his part, the representative of the “Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine,” Khaled Khalifa, touched on the developments that the world witnessed on October 7, noting that the defense strategy for the Gaza Strip, by uniting the military arms of the resistance factions in the Strip, confirms that confrontation and resistance are the most capable of removing obstacles to restoring internal unity.

Khalifa praised the role of the Yemeni leadership and people and their honorable level of participation in the million-man rallies to support the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance.

Head of the Grand Messenger Conference, Dr. Abdulrahim Al-Homran, pointed out that the conference focuses mainly on studying the personality of the Great Messenger and his movement through the Holy Quran in various aspects.

Al-Homran explained that the conference, which is the first of its kind in the Republic of Yemen, is attended by many researchers and academics from inside and outside the country.

He stated that during the conference, 82 research and working papers will be presented, all of which will study the personality of the Great Messenger in several topics, including cultural, social, political, administrative, economic, educational, scientific, security, military, media, and professional topics.
