Public Prosecutor directs to investigate into shooting at al-Athwari

SANAA, Oct. 07 (YPA) – Public Prosecutor in Sanaa, Mohammed Mohammed al-Dailami, directed on Friday the immediate arrest of the perpetrators of the crime of assaulting the head of the commercial court in the capital Sanaa.

He affirmed in a statement that the prosecution had begun investigations into the crime of shooting at Judge Khaled al-Athwari.

The prosecution, in cooperation with the security services, began procedures to collect evidence in the crime of al-Athwari being shot while leaving his house to perform Friday prayers.
