10 years imprisonment for convicted of forced robbery of women in the capital

SANAA, July 7 (SABA) – A court in the capital Sana’a on Saturday sentenced Waleed Salama, convicted of robbery, assault and forcible looting crimes, to 10 years in prison.

The convicted man was involved with an armed gang and terrorist elements from al-Qaeda to carry out terrorist operations and assassination of some security figures during the events of 2011.

He  assaulted several women using his motorcycle and looted many of their bags, causing serious injuries to his victims.
