Petroleum company creates mobile stations in Hodeida

HODEIDA, Sept. 25 (YPA) – Minister of Oil and Minerals in the Sanaa government, Ahmed Abdullah Daris, inaugurated on Sunday work on the services of four locally manufactured mobile oil derivatives stations, in the industrial zone of Hodeida.

The mobile stations, created by the Yemeni Petroleum Company as a first stage, aim to provide fishermen at the fish landing sites in the areas of Al-Mahwat, Al-Arj, Bin Abbas, and Hays, with fuel and meet their needs for oil derivatives.

At the inauguration, the minister considered the innovation of these stations a qualitative achievement to raise the level of efficiency of oil supply to fishermen on the coast of Hodeida, within the projects and interventions through which the oil company seeks in coordination with the Supreme Agricultural and Fisheries Committee and the local authority to take care of fishermen and alleviate their suffering.
