Pro-coalition forces storm citizen’s house in Taiz city

TAIZ, Sept. 21 (YPA) – Militants loyal to the Saudi-led coalition raided a house of a citizen in the city of Taiz, southwestern Yemen, local sources said on Wednesday.

According to the sources, the gunmen belonging to “the 22nd Mika Brigade”, of the Taiz Axis Forces affiliated with the Islah party, on board five military vehicles, led by Bakr Sadiq Sarhan – the son of the former commander of the brigade and one of its leaders – stormed the house of citizen Abdul Rahman Al-Sulaihi in the Majaliya area of Al-Muzaffar district in Taiz governorate.

The sources pointed out that the raid on the house took place last Monday and there are recordings showing the moment of the raid.

Residents of the area condemned the raid on the citizen Al-Sulaihi’s house.

Violations practiced by military leaders and armed groups against citizens in the city of Taiz are repeated on an almost daily basis, in light of the authorities’ complicity with these elements.
