Teachers hold vigils in Lahj

LAHJ, Sept.18 (YPA)- Teachers in a number of schools in Lahj governorate, southern Yemen, have on Sunday held vigils, condemning the policy of the government loyal to the Saudi-led coalition towards them, and interruption of their salaries.

Local sources said that a number of schools in the province witnessed protests to denounce the policy of pro-coalition government, and the interruption of Teachers and educational staff salaries

It is noteworthy that the province had witnessed a strike, in a protest against the arrest of a number of teachers by a prominent leader in the pro-coalition factions.
