Bin Afrar calls on Mahra sons to confront foreign conspiracies

MAHRA, Sept. 12 (YPA) – Head of the General Council for the People of Mahra and Socotra provinces, Mohammed Abdullah bin Afrar, called on citizens to confront foreign conspiracies targeting the social fabric.

In a news statement, he confirmed the need for unity among the people of Mahra and Socotra and the rejection of division at this stage in which Mahra is witnessing attempts to target the local community.

The statement stressing the importance of family cohesion in strengthening identity and confronting advocates of division.

It called on the political parties, components, and tribes to play their role in unifying efforts to extract the rights of the people of Mahra and Socotra.
