Coalition war aims to prevent Yemen from joining BRICS group: Al-Houthi
SANAA, Sept. 09 (YPA) – Member of the Supreme Political Council in Sanaa, Mohammed Ali Al-Houthi, revealed new goals behind the coalition war on Yemen.
Al-Houthi said in his post on x platform that “the coalition war on Yemen is preemptive.”
“One of the goals of the war is to obstruct Yemen from entering the BRICS group, and to rehabilitate the ports of Yemen and its infrastructure,” he stated. “As it is a mainstay of the Silk Line in the past and present, with its geographical privileges.”
Al-Houthi added: The announcement of an agreement between America, India, Saudi Arabia, and the European Union for railways and ports to include several countries and to link the Middle East and South Asia, on the sidelines of the “G20 summit” in New Delhi, has confirmed the importance of moving towards reconstruction instead of destruction and wars.
“Adopting this policy, if it is accompanied by practical actions, will be less costly to America and its allies than military wars and aggression against developing countries,” he explained.
Al-Houthi pointed out that the agreement in New Delhi confirmed the failure of the so-called “Deal of the Century” policy that America wanted to lead and impose, with the Jewish goals it carries to domesticate and normalize peoples, and to reinforce the occupying entity’s military-colonial investment reality.
