STC factions kidnap prominent leader in Southern Movement in Aden

ADEN, Sept. 04 (YPA) – A prominent leader in “Southern Revolutionary Movement Council” was kidnapped on Monday by the factions of UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) in the city of Aden, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources said that elements in “storm” factions led by “Awsan Al-Anshali” kidnapped a member of the ”central body of the revolutionary movement Council”, Adham Faisal, while he was in front of the Rock Hotel in al-Tawahi area and took him to one of its secret detention facilities in the city.

The sources explained that the kidnapping of the leader Faisal came after he was beaten while inside a “bus” car accompanied by a number of his fellow doctors, without mentioning the reason.
